We want you to be spellbound by your purchase; however, if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your unworn apparel and accessories within 30 days of receipt. Please ensure all items remain in their original packaging with all wizarding tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and UK postcode to select the items you wish to send back to the Ministry.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are intact, and include a copy of your delivery note inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Generate your prepaid Royal Mail return label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your parcel to any local Post Office branch and keep your proof of postage receipt until your refund has been magically processed.
